Availability
In principle, we don’t accept reservations for less than two nights.
In principle, during weekends and holiday periods, we only offer the Full House formula.

Reservations
To book a room; select 1 or 2 persons.
to book the Full house: select 3 to 6 people.
Our booking system calculates the standard rate, that is the rate before adjustments:
- a discount per night per room if you stay several nights;
- a surcharge per room if you stay just a single night.
First, we’ll acknowledge your request and once we’ve double checked availability, we’ll send a confirmation of your booking with the net price (standard price plus or minus all adjustments) and payment instructions. Reservation is final after receipt of payment.

Payment
Accommodation to be paid in full upon reservation. Any extras are settled at check-out time; we prefer mobile payment over cash, credit cards are not accepted.
Cancellation?
If you have to cancel your visit:
- up to two weeks before arrival: free of charge, full amount is immediaely refunded;
- up to 48 hours before arrival: half of the amount will be refunded;
- later than 48 hours before arrival or no show: no refund.
If we have to cancel your visit:
Full refund to the bank account used when booking. You waive all other claims, there’s no other compensation.

When booking at De Kleine Mote you accept the House Rules and the Terms and Conditions.
